New challenge details.

Happy New Year to you all. 

We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year. 

With the New Year we have some announcements to make.

Firstly we must say goodbye to Helen and Sandra who are leaving the Design Team to pursue other things. We wish them to best of the luck for the future in whatever they do.

As Sian has mentioned in a previous post, all the Anonymous Stamps are now free of charge to download. What a fantastic opportunity to download and develop your style. We’ve decided to take the Anonymous Stamps blog in a new direction. As Sian mentioned, it’s not about the money but more about the art. So with that in mind, we’ve decided to change the way the blog runs.

I’ve agreed to co-ordinate the blog and we’ve got a lot planned. The challenges will still be monthly and will start on the first Friday of each month, except for this month since we’ve been busy putting everything in place. January’s challenge will start on the 10^th of January and run until the end of the month.

The winner of each challenge will get an opportunity to be a Guest Design Team member for the following month (i.e. the winner of the January challenge will be the Guest Design Team member for March). As Guest Designer you will receive a badge for your blog, experience of being on a Design Team and the publication of your piece on the Anonymous Stamps blog.

In order for your challenge entry to be valid you now must use an Anonymous Stamps image. Since they’re all free this shouldn’t be hard. Once the challenge is closed the Design Team will review the entries and decide on the Guest Design Team position.

We will be looking for new Design Team members in the future as well so watch this space. In the meantime we will announce the new challenge on Friday. We look forward to seeing what you all come up with.
